  I never cared for Prince until I started to hear his music in strip clubs. Now I think he is a genius.

  Hopefully he will see through the Jehovah's Witness nonsense.

  this person said i'd find some folks here who are interested in the stuff i am.

  namely, the "historical-critical studies of the bible" (not to be confused with theological liberalism, per se, which is a specific "movement" within the history of christianity).

  Jesus father may not have been Roman Centurian Naughtius Maximus, but the father of Jesus was a human being that Mary had sex with while engaged to Joseph.

  I would love to see a Deep Space 9 movie. It takes place at the same time as the Next Generation. A new movie should at least have charactors from both series.

  Generic Man:

  Film and television are just as legitimate as books and short stories.

  In print you have everything from comic books to Shakespeare, film and video tape also run the gamut from cheap fiction to genius.

  The blonde cylon Number 6 is hot, but as a fan of the 1960's TV show the Prisoner, everytime I hear "Number 6" I think of Patrick McGoohan

  I have enjoyed all of the Trek Universe with the exception of movie number 5.

  The original crew are my favorite. From the Star Trek Experience I have a photo of myself on the transporter deck with McCoy on one side, Uhura on the other and me in the middle with a phaser pistol.
